Laura is an executive coach and consultant who has dedicated her career to helping people be their best selves and empowering teams with the resources they need to reach their full potential. Laura has more than 25 years of leadership experience as a business strategist, entrepreneur, non-profit leader, coach, writer, and consultant. Her clients appreciate her deep and broad experience in fundraising, her vision and perspective on leading strategies, and strength in coaching to increase influence from any level in an organization.

Laura’s experience in strategy development includes brand, financial, organizational, fundraising, marketing and communications at both Fortune 500 companies and global, national and local nonprofit organizations. Her strategic skills have led to increased revenue, impact, and more meaningful connections with customers that have lasting results.
Laura’s ability to influence and drive revenue growth has been demonstrated throughout her career. Early in her professional life, she led brands in the Kraft Foods portfolio to double-digit increases year over year. As a fundraiser, Laura grew the cause marketing program at Feeding America from a $1M program to a $16M program in five years. As a CEO, Laura doubled revenue while repositioning the organization for future growth. Her work as a consultant has led to new partnerships and multi-million-dollar growth for her clients.
At her core, Laura is a visionary. Where others see challenges, she sees opportunities. Whether launching a new product or developing a new method of serving people in need, she has delivered results by exploring what is possible. Her most recent accomplishment includes the launch of a virtual food pantry. The vision came to life over the course of five years and is projected to double the amount of people served in the next five.
Leading teams through change is one of the most challenging experiences Laura has faced in her career. Her experience in fostering teams includes managing complex and matrixed relationships during turbulent organizational changes, influencing leaders at all levels during periods of innovation, and guiding staff and volunteers through the challenges of COVID-19 while maintaining high levels of performance.
