Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the DNC in Chicago. And, while there are LOTS of things I could say about the experience itself, I want to focus on the leadership lessons that were a thread throughout the 4 nights. Leadership lessons from the DNC:1) Give purpose. Set a clear vision and reinforce the plan to achieve it.2) Widen your tent.
