LAURA COYLE, PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER
Laura Coyle is a strategist, facilitator, and partnership architect who believes that clarity is a powerful act of leadership. With 25+ years in nonprofit strategy, corporate social responsibility, fundraising, and campaign design, she helps organizations and brands across the country sharpen their focus, strengthen their voice, and build partnerships that mean something.
Laura is known for cutting through the noise, asking the questions that get to the heart of the matter, and helping teams make decisions that matter the most. She brings a calm, steady, thoughtful presence—and a sense of humor, because impact work is serious enough already. She founded LTC Strategies to help leaders move forward with purpose and momentum, and to play her part in saving the world alongside her mission-driven colleagues.
Lauren Anania, Strategist
Lauren brings more than 15 years of CSR experience, comprised of both in-house and consultant roles. For over a dozen years, Lauren led Macy’s cause marketing team nationwide. Since branching into consultancy in 2021, Lauren has undertaken several engagements for Fortune 500 clients seeking strategic advice and execution program support. Throughout her career, she has built and successfully implemented numerous meaningful cause and community impact campaigns and initiatives; fostered strategic partnerships; overseen grant processes; driven employee engagement and volunteering; and directed marketing, communications and reporting around all efforts.
Alli Lucey, Strategist
Alli is a purpose-driven marketing leader with 20+ years of experience building brand-aligned campaigns that drive measurable impact and social good. She’s bringing proven success in securing multimillion-dollar partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and executing integrated marketing strategies across corporate, nonprofit, and agency settings.
Brynna Ogletree, Creative Director
Brynna is a seasoned writer, artist, designer, and creative agency leader with a track record of contributing the strategy, vision, voice, and look for award-winning campaigns and content. Brynna brings deep expertise in advertising and integrated campaigns, broadcast and social media content, digital marketing, brand visual identity, brand and creative strategy, retailer & shopper marketing, E-commerce, experiential activations, and creating and performing presentations to the LTC Strategies team.
Martina Grant, Associate Strategist
Martina Grant is a strategist with experience turning quantitative and qualitative insights into strategy. She has led work for major corporations and now brings her research and planning expertise to the nonprofit sector, supporting our team with project management, research and strategy, and client management.
Sharea Hill, Executive Assistant
Sharea leverages her skills in organization to keep our operations running smoothly. In her role, she ensures LTC Strategies clients have access to the information they need and that projects run efficiently. Her professionalism makes her an essential part of the team.
